This new publication aims to present action learning as both ethos and method. Part 1 (ethos) explores the underlying assumptions regarding adult learning and organisation development which underpin action learning, while Part 2 looks at action learning in practice, including such aspects as preparation for action learning, problems and projects, set formation and facilitation, key skills, action learning variants and evaluation. Part 3 is a compendium of useful questionnaires, exercises, models and useful contacts which can help make action learning work well. It also includes a comprehensive bibliography.
