To Buy: Social Value – The Fair Chance Approach Toolkit
Shaping Health Systems and Social Value:
The CIHM International Shaping Health Systems Network has developed a pioneering model around Social Value that helps health and social care organisations appraise their value and in so doing, further improve peoples’ lives.
Social Value Flyer
Our new approach to Social Value has been built by leaders of significant health and social change around the world, frustrated by the lack of tools available to them to capture the wealth and breadth of impact of their work.
We know that what we are offering here does something unique – it helps you generate Social Value through the process of appraising your social value. Rather than an addition to the way you work, it is core to how you work. In taking part in the Social Value approach you will access this wealth of international experience and knowledge. This is a new way of looking at successful programs.
Although developed by health experts it is applicable to any public service, charity or social enterprise. It gives every organisation an opportunity to understand and reproduce the work of the best which all too often remains a mystery or is put down to charismatic leadership. The ‘Fair Chance Approach’ to Social Value has been developed following considerable research and consultancy with those engaged in complex social change work in health systems from across the World.
