We invite leaders from around the world to our master classes to offer their ideas and knowledge in conversation with NHS and local government leaders. Chief executives attend so that they can use these international perspectives in addressing their leadership dilemmas.
The series has been designed to challenge and expand thinking on:
- Futureproofing – the drivers that will shape health service design and leadership.
- Changes to the context in which services are delivered – and how that shapes policy.
- How policy is developed – including the relationship between politics and policy.
- Ambitions and leadership behaviours in other sectors – corporate, voluntary and community.
- How the wider context gets shaped and interpreted locally.
