OU research on impact of medical leadership

New research by the Open University funded by the National Institute for Health Research confirms CIHM’s research on the impact of medical leadership. It also provides additional insights into where that leadership for service change is coming from, primarily hospital doctors, with difficulty in engaging GPs in the process.
